Guidelines for Establishing Country Student Clusters

Student clusters are an important part of LIFE BIBLE SCHOOL all over the world. There are many benefits to student clusters including the relationships students form while working together toward a common goal, and the encouragement students receive from one another as they study. Perhaps the greatest benefit for students studying in a cluster is having access to textbooks and even a personal tutor/professor for scheduled class meetings.

Life Bible School will provide textbooks necessary for its courses for clusters of ten or more students so that a lending library can be set up. The director/proctor of the cluster is responsible for maintaining the library and establishing their own guidelines by which the students will borrow the textbooks from the library. It is recommended that students be allowed to borrow the books for only one course at a time. They should complete the course and return the books before being allowed to check out books for their next course. If a student loses or damages a textbook, they will be financially responsible for replacing the textbook. Should this happen, the director/proctor should contact Life Bible School for further instructions.

Life Bible School charges no fees or tuition to students living outside of the United States. However, students are financially responsible for their own postage and supplies (i.e., copies of syllabi or exams, paper, pencils, pens, etc.). Individuals serving as cluster directors or proctors may collect money from students to cover the cost of postage, copying, and e-mail/internet services (where applicable). No director/proctor is ever expected or required to bear the costs of serving the students, and students should be held accountable by their director/proctor for reimbursement of any expense incurred.

Materials will not be sent to any individual requesting to set up a cluster until the individual has agreed to the terms outlined and submitted the applications of the students desiring to enroll in Life Bible School. Once applications are received, the students will be enrolled, and the director/proctor will be sent acceptance letters for the students as well as course materials.  A copy of the exams for this course will also be sent. Copies can be made for the students when they are ready to sit for the exams. An answer sheet will also be provided that can be copied for the students. Students should NOT write on the exams. They should mark their answers on answer sheets. The exams should be kept clean for future use.

Exams can be administered to students individually or as a group. This will be decided by the director/proctor. Once exams are completed, the director/proctor will submit ONLY the answer sheets for grading. Answer sheets can be submitted via e-mail to:  Student Services, studentservices.lifebibleschool@gmail.com.

Any cluster student who has internet access may take their exams online. Students wishing to do this will need to have an exam account which is activated by the Life Bible School. For activation, simply send an e-mail to studentservices.lifebibleschool@gmail.com and request to have your account activated for online exams.

Finally, all cluster directors/proctors agreeing to set up and maintain a student cluster for Life Bible School do so with the understanding that they are volunteers. Life Bible School does not compensate any individual for their work with our students.
